Dominique J. Baker is an Assistant Professor of Education Policy in the Department of Education Policy and Leadership at the Annette Simmons School of Education and Human Development at Southern Methodist University. Her research agenda focuses on the effects of higher education access and success policies on students, particularly those who are underrepresented within higher education.
