Daniel Scott Neil is co-director of the Mobile Studio and curator of the Rosa Parks Museum in Montgomery, Alabama. He is professional artist, exhibition designer, builder, and community volunteer with years of experience in building small-scale community architecture and events as well as in arts education. He works in multiple media, including painting, printmaking, photography, videography, metal sculpture, and full-scale landscape and architectural constructions. He has nearly a decade of experience as an exhibition designer and another in construction and fieldwork. His work has been exhibited across Alabama and internationally. In all venues, however, he is motivated by a commitment to the power of art to transform lives and to extend access to art and design education through creative practice.
